Seeking Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Help create a memorable stay for our guests. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities and local attractions/venues.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Respond to clients needs in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
Liaise with our Maintenance staff
Skills
Customer service attitude a must
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be able to work on your own and in a team environment
Basic computer skills
Be able to Type (creating, managing reservations on windows based reservation system)
Be able to Google inquiries made by guests including directions to local attractions and venues.
Pay: $17.00
Schedule:
Must be willing to work holidays and events
Must be flexible to work busy seaon - especially June to Sept. We cannot accomodate time off and vacation requests during this period.
Part time or full time
Our shifts generally are 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm. We will also have some 4 -6 hours swing shifts during the busy season, holidays and during events
